1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or modified.
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
- Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items (if applicable to your store).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide a return authorization if eligible.
- You will receive instructions on where and how to send the product back.

Please do not send your product back without receiving authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is related to an order fulfillment error on our side.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement at no additional cost
- A refund
- Store credit
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If a returned item does not meet the inspection criteria, a partial refund or denial may apply.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed or stopped.
7. Non-Returnable Circumstances
We cannot provide refunds or replacements if:
- Tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer claims it was not received (customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery address).
- The customer inputs an incorrect shipping address.
- The customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to product defects.
