Track Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package until it reaches you.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions & Customs (for international orders)

  • We are unable to ship to certain restricted or P.O. Box addresses (or other restricted address types).

🔄 Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order number and shipping address. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and send them to our support team for evaluation.
  • In case of verified damage, loss, or other fulfillment issues, we will offer you a refund or a replacement — according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
